Irishprincess weight loss progress!!

Consumed 1200 calories today and did a half an hour of walking.SO I DID GOOD TODAY:D


Had my interview today with the fast food restaurant, and the guy was super sweet:) But its next to loads of other Fast food restaurants so im abit put off by it since i really want to be skinny!! The place smelled of oil and FATTENING FOOD. Interview went so well, he's only like 3 years older than me the most and we got on like a house on fire. He told me he'll ring me monday to let me know have i got it, but to be honest i think i will stick at the job i got offered friday as sales assistant!!

Ah, I knew you'd get a job in no time at all, and look at you, you've definitely got one and you have most probably got two! So your gonna have loads of money to spend on skinny clothes and nice things! Make the most of treating yourself while you are still living at home ;) I was so jealous of my friends who didn't have to pay bills and stuff.

Are you still getting along alright with your sister?

You've just reminded me about X-Factor actually... Better go and watch it now.... I love so many people this year I don't know who I want to win.

Get you and your two jobs lol. i would have to go for the sales assistant one too i'm afraid. I don't think i could work with any type of food, regardless of whether i liked it or not, i would still eat it lol.
Ooooh i am so loving X-factor this year, i really thought i wouldn't cos they have changed the judges (i don't like change) but i love it!!!! Gary is just awesome.....Sigh and i like the others too. I agree with Ruthie, there are so many good singers this year. Last year i totally loved Matt on his first audition and wanted him to win (spooky huh) this year i totally loved that shy blonde irish girl who sang 'your song' i'd like her to win. Oh, that young girl in black that sang adele last week was awesome too, her singing made me cry too....Mind you, I haven't watched last nights yet.
 
AThere was a 31 year old barmaid who was AMAZING last night, her voice just blew me away. She knew she was a good singer, but she hadn't auditioned before now because she hated her weight and didn't want to go in front of the cameras. I reckon she will get into the finals, I feel so sad for her that she didn't have the confidence in herself to do it sooner. There was also a mixed race bloke, he was quite young and grew up in foster care because his mum is bi-polar, his voice made my whole body get goose bumps, although imo, I didn't like him changing the words to the song at the end, I thought that was a bit cocky. Yeah, I agree that that Irish girl was amazing, she made me cry. She looks so much like my sister Nat its spooky. Can't think of the Adele one. I also loved the gay bloke with the Nasal voice from Liverpool, and also the huge bouncer who sang that cheesy song who worked at a strip club.

I worked at McDonalds years ago and the people I met there were amazing.. but the food is tempting.

i am so pissed off, i wrote a huuuge diary entry and just when i was about to press submit, the screen went blank, so i am off writing a new post. Todays eating went well consumed 1390 calories. I want to start exercising daily, it will make me happier in the long run plus will increase my weekly weight loss. I tried on a jacket that wouldnt go neeeeear me this time last year today and now it zips up the entire way and im super delighted with that!!


Tomorrow i have my induction to work. Im so nervous, new people, eeeeeek, what if they dont like me? Oh i hope i'll get on fine. FINGERS CROSSED YOU GUYS.

Ruth: I agree the people this year on Xfactor are fab! The barmaid reminded me of myself as her weight stopped her from doing what she wanted to do. I'm still in hysterics from the first audition of George. I have watched it about 100times so far, i cant believe people dont realise they cannot sing AT ALL.

Funny how everyone would be tempted to eat the stuff fast food restaurants sell! I think smelling it everyday has made me not to want to eat it anymore. :eek:

AI knooooow! I laughed till I couldn't laugh any more at George, what a dick?! I read in the paper recently that he cut open a girls face with a broken bottle who was taking the mickey out of him.

I loved that blonde girl at the end tonight. That old bloke singing she bangs and shaggy was a classic lol. And did you see the freaky ginger girl with the stare-y eyes? She properly freaked me out!

I know its never going to happen but I'd love it if Gary and Kelly got together, there hasn't really been any possible romantic pairing of any of the judges up till now. After this lot Cheryl and Danni seem a bit boring.

Guys i ate SO BAD TODAY:( It was awful:( I didnt bother counting calories or anything:( Im so disappointed in myself. I hope tomorrow and Wednesday i can eat healthy. Work induction went well today, i was exhausted afterwards. Some of the people there are so so nice. I found out today that we get paid for training :D:D


I had to turn down the job today for the fast food place. The poor guy kinda sounded sad on the phone after i told him i already had accepted a job. He is such a sweetie, we had gotten on great!

I know im so so so happy!! If i wasnt for you and Ruth i would not even have a job! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH:)The woman is supposed to ring us at the end of the week to give us our hours coz the shop isnt open yet! Today i had my induction day though and it went great! The people were lovely bar a couple of meanies but you get them everywhere i suppose!!:)

Working as a sales assistant is much nicer than working in fast food anyway, I worked for a fast food place for almost 3 years when I was younger... actually it had the opposite effect on me there though, I haven't touched a piece of bacon since and I never ate ANYTHING from there. Actually put me off takeaway for the longest time haha!! Guess it wouldn't be like that for everyone though.


All the best with your new job!! And don't fret about eating bad for a day, just make sure you pick yourself up again and don't do more damage!
 
Nothing positive to write today regarding my diet wise. ATE AWFUL TODAY:( Have another job interview tomorrow, gonna go just to see what its like:) Dont start as sales assistant for another 2 and a half weeks!


I have a feeling im getting my period soon. I dont want to weigh myself this week!:(

Another bad day eating like a fattie!! SO disappointed in myself, watching a show now about Claire Richards, she used to be in Steps and she has battled with her weight all her life. Its so weird because in Steps i always thought she was naturally thin! Her biggest weight was 16 stone 6!!


Anyways today i didnt bother going for that other interview.

Today i consumed 1490 calories which is a big improvement to the way i was eating the last week. I didnt weigh myself at all this week which is a first because i always weigh myself once a week. NO MORE BINGES FOR ME.

AAh thanks... I haven't been putting my dinner down the last few days, because my boyfriend has the laptop and he's always studying. But I've still been watching my intake at night, so it's ok. Last night I made such a good dessert... it had

1 packet instant sugar free banana cream pudding, made with skim milk
1.5 sheets chocolate graham crackers, dunked in skim milk
1/2 sliced banana
semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

I layered everything in a single serving bowl and it was like a super-quick banana pudding! DELISH and not many cals.... something like 100 for the pudding, 100 for the graham crackers, 50 for the banana and 30 for the chocolate chips, but you could make a smaller one and halve the cals!!

don't worry, everyone has those weekends, especially at the bar! that's why i stay away from those places lol.
