I'm so glad you are feeling better too! Sorry college hasn't been going so good, but the only way it can go from here is up, right? :biggrin:
 
AThat nasty cold is going around here, too. I hope I don't catch it. Glad to see you getting back on your diet.

It must be a challenge to get a cold, do your diet, and get back into school. You're really strong for doing what you're doing. Just never give up. As long as you keep getting back on the right path, you'll lose the weight you want to.

I hope you feel 100% soon ^^.

Hellooo guys!! I havent posted in 3 days which is crazy for me. I have always posted everyday since i first started this thread. So 3 days is such a long time.


I had such a hard week last week, college has been really stressing me out. I didnt get the modules i wanted and it hurt me so much because i was IN LOVE with them. Also i had the flu last week and i looked and felt like DEATH. I know how attractive right? Ugh and to top it all off i have been eating so so bad. I ate like awful for the last week, including today. I dont know what has happened to me. Its like all my will power has left my body and mind. I dont want to be like this. I think the only explanation for me feeling like this is down to a very stressful week.END OF.


Please god give me the power to be good for the next week. I want to start eating healthy again, and maybe throw in exercise for good measure!! I havent weighed myself in 2weeks. I HAVE TO START GOOD AGAIN.


Sorry for neglecting everyones diaries. I will have to do a major catch up now:D

Oh Loch girl, the cold was nasty!! I did so bad on the diet, i dont know what is wrong with me. Yeah you are totally right, it was such a challenge to get sick and be back at uni, and to try and maintain a diet. I HAVE TO BE STRONGER. :D:D

Sounds like you had a great day today as far as dieting even though yesterday you seemed so down! Keep up the awesome work, and congrats for taking less than 24 hours to get back on track after feeling down :)
 
AStart of College really can throw you off your target, gotta stay focused, and fixed on your goal/s in college and weightloss. Honestly once you start focusing on a plan and weightloss you become more organized in college too, and preform well :) Thats my opinion anyway. Best of luck! c'mon you can do this !!!

Ohh Kate my love! We are going to do this, TOGETHER! I ate horrible the last 4 days or so, and I'm scared to weigh myself. LOL. We are getting back on track though!!! I know we can do this. I have changed my goal to 185 by the end of January. I think that is a better paced goal. =DDDD

Posted a HUUUGE book of a comment and the screen went blank:( Anyways......... Guys today was a great day calories wise i consumed 1576 in calories. I walked for 40 minutes and danced for 30 mins. So im happy about that.

I don't have much advice as to what to wear, just telling you i'm in the same boat.

Ait is so hard to dress being heavy!!! it out right sucks a big one!!! If I found a pair of trousers that fit well I would buy 2 pair and hopefully they had a few colors or a different pattern....I only started to wear jeans again...because they are so uncomfortable and I hated my "muffin top"..you know the fat roll above the jeans at your waist!! haha....buying clothes that FIT is the key to dressing any size!! it really is...to tight or to big and make you look like crap on both ends....GOOD LUCK hun...I hope you find some cute outfits soon and share them with us :)
 
Hey today i consumed 1345.5 calories. So happpppppppppy dayyyyyyyys:) Also i danced for 40 mins!! Haha you guys should see my dancing its so embarrasing! But i was sweating afterwards so thats a good sign. Also college was better today!!:):)


I weighted myself today and i weighed 227.5!!! eeeek, thats what i get for eating so bad for a week and a half!:( oh well, must soldier on and beat this faaaat!



This is what i ate today:


2 biscuits of Weetabix + 190 ml of skimmed milk + banana: 277

Tuna and cherry tomato sandwich with wholemeal bread: 396

Veg: 80

Small pizza: 420 cals

Chocolate bar: 171

diet coke: 1.5

Omg Amanda, believe me, if i was not a student and was minted i would totally move to the US. I always wanted to visit there plus like you said we could both work out together and it would just be brill!! Awh thanks so much sweetheart, im so proud of the way im eating too!! AARRGGHHH, don't be so hard on yourself. You are not a great big ball of lard! You are getting slimmer and slimmer by the day, and you eat better than most people who are a size 10. You are doing brilliantly my deary. So don't slag yourself off. Or else.

My clothes got really boring when I was a size 18. I had hardly any clothes, I hated buying them. But I loved getting accessories, so I was all about the handbags, and earrings. I would have been all about the shoes if I could every find any of the buggers that fit lol.

Now, we still (hint hint) haven't seen any pics of you. But if you are apple shaped, like me, then Gok Wan said that the right fitted blazer is your best friend and your soulmate. And I have got to agree. And if you are pear shaped then go for big sleeves and stuff to balance yourself out x

I haven't had time to post in a while but I think you are doing great...not everyday can be the best....think about it if you are able to lose weight while you are in college and all stressed nothing can stop you!
