MaryAnn the kettlebells are pretty awesome, and some studies report up to 20kcal/per minute being burned! They are pretty easy to use, but it's also easy to hurt yourself (I found that out the hard way).l eventually read a few books (not that helpful) and watched a lot of free instructional videos on youtube (very very very helpful!). I really do love kettlebells

It has been a pretty good weekend (for the diet and exercise anyway). Both days have been 1600-1800 kcal, and I got some exercise in.
Saturday - 0.8miles walk. 30 mins cycling at home. Some push ups
