Interesting and Important Questions

these are some interesting questions I have about training.

How does sex effect your training? Doesnt it release testaserone which could be bad for muscle development?

How important is an Incline Bench Press in developing a well-developed chest?

Is it ok to do rows the day before benching, and the day on benching?

If you've been purely lifting with reps of 1-6 for about 6 months, would you see better strength gains with 8-10 reps mainly because you havent been doing it?

Does doing Romanian Deadlifts hit the same muscles as Glute Ham Raises?

Thanks.

testosterone is essential for muscle growth. Even if sex was bad for your training... so what?

incline bench - for bodybuilding yes, for strength training, yes, but not essential (tho others may argue that).

working antagonist muscles is great. As a super-set its perfect. If your working them on different days then it means you can work 2days in a row.

yes, you must keep changing your reps all the time. High reps with give you more hypertrophy whilst lower reps with give you more strength. But you will get to a stage where you need to focus on getting bigger to get stronger, and visa versa.

Whats a glute ham raise?

Theres a very long post discussion (with all kinds of facts and studies and numbers) about the effects of masturbation on training somewhere on this board. Though the conclusions most people reached agreed with R. Lewis
