Looooooooooong time no post. My weight loss progress slowed down over the winter, there was a month there where I didn't go to the gym.

But I've been back in the saddle (literally and figuratively... exercise bikes are great!) for three months now. I've surpassed my goal of 262.4, and I'm now down to just under 260. Though I didn't get there by Christmas like I had hoped, I'm happy to be here. Over one hundred pounds lost! I'm shocked that I made it, but I like where all of this is going.
I had an amusing problem the other day. I went to the big and tall store near where I live, and tried on some of the new fashions and sale rack things. In the past, I was saddened by the fact that the great stuff on the sale rack didn't fit because it was too small. On this visit, the stuff on the sale rack (same sizes I wanted when I was 350+) was too small! I would say FML but hey, it's a good problem to have!
So now, I'm coming up on 250. I don't remember the last time I weight 250 pounds; it has been at least over 15 years ago. As I see it, my challenge in the next six months will be to maintain motivation as my weight loss rate decreases and I have to decide how I want to tailor my workout regimen to better reflect my body shaping as I get closer to a healthy weight.
Next goal (10% loss) is 236.2 pounds. Hopefully I post a bit more frequently between now and then, but I tend to only report my victories because I hate writing about my setbacks, even though I know doing so can be beneficial. Thanks for reading, and good luck to everyone on their continuing weight loss journeys!!!
