Ok, so I couldn't quite make it through the 30+ questions this evening, but answering these should give you the general idea.
My name is Rachel. I'm a 22 year old living in Indianapolis, IN. I go to school full-time and work 30 hours a week. I've been highly motivated this past week, but as of Saturday my enthusiasm has dwindled significantly. I decided to start my diary this evening to "get back in the game" if you will. I'll try keep this thread light-hearted and entertaining.

What is your current height and weight?
5'6" 160 lb
If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
135 - 140 lb - someone around here has to keep some curves!
At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?
I would like to meet my goal.
Why do you want to lose weight?
There is a history of obesity on my Dad's side of the family. I know if I'm not careful it could be me one day. I've noticed my self-control slipping away lately, so if I don't stop and put my foot down now my weight could get out of control.
Also, I want to look hot.

What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
The Pizza Hut/Taco Bell between where I work and where I live it probably the biggest obstacle at this point.
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
For awhile now I've felt a little chubby. However, in the last two months I've gotten four questions/comments about being pregnant. The first time I just felt embarassed for the person asking. The second time the person was a seven year old - you know kids are brutally honest.
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
Eating healthier certainly couldn't hurt. Exercising self-control. Exercising period.
What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
Eat healthy. Eat less. Eat a lot less.
Do you eat when you are not hungry?
All the time.
