Haha, love your first entry, the pretty colours, they lured me in! :)
Definitely agree with getting started being the hardest part. It's a bit like getting up in the morning when it's cold, as soon as you've made the decision you're actually going to get out of bed, and start acting on it, the easier it is. I found that concentrating on food just ONE day at a time helps... When i promised myself i would be healthy for a week that left me room to say "well that means i can be unhealthy now and make up for it later right?" so, one day at a time seemed to work well for me. Maybe it will help you too? If you find another way to get the ball rolling, would love to hear about it, i think its one of the hardest parts of weight loss!!
