Injuries

Im back

Hey all. I tried to start up training again but its not working out to well. After 2 weeks off. And continous light stretching. I started on light squats 3 sets of 10 @ 45. Then this week i did 3 sets of 10 @ 65. ( no deadlifts ). My back is annoying. blah. it just has a dull ache throughout the day. I've been taking Jacuzi's with espom salt. Using Arnica(a pain rub) 1 time a day. Now i just started a new thing i hooked up my massage/heat chair! This outta help. I forgot i had the damn thing. :eek:. Plus im going to try 2 more things. Correct posture ALWAYS and core exercises. I'll be aiming for 2 or 3 times a week 3 exercises a day. 1 for low abs and 2 stablization. Do you think I should do any situps or crunches or are they garbage for now? Hopefully, I'll return to maximal strength and be a very strong man!
 
Don't do situps ever. Ease into i was in pretty hard shape back in the spring and i didn't think i was going to be able to much with it but i have been lifting heavy now since june.
 
Lets see. Ok I just want to include thanks to all who reply'd and Fitness Man. I took your advice on drinking more water. I've been combining it w. my gaining weight campaign. Im 139.0. I want to get to 145-150. I drink an 8 oz bottle of water before bed then have to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. And while im up i eat 3 scoops of peanut butter lol. Oh yah.
