Increasing weights while on a cut?

I've been working out for around 5 months now, and lost around 20lbs of weight and made some great results that I'm proud of. I will not stop at this, and i plan to continue my cutting phase for another month or two, till I get my BF to around 9%. I'm 6'3'' tall and weight 187 now.. I presume my BF is around 11 %, since my abs are beginning to show up.

Anyway, my concern is: I've hit plateau with weights maybe 2 months ago and I cannot really get past cetain weights. So, my question is, once one hits plateau while in cutting phase can he, and how increase the strenght/weights he uses while performing an excercise...
For instance, I'm stuck at 150pounds bench press (my weakest point) and its a bit frustrating what I cannot advance to lift at least my own weight.

So, once again, my question is pretty simple: when i hit plateau in cutting phase, what can i do to increase the strenght of my muscles...? Or maybe i should stay put for another month or so, until i get to bulking phase and start building up muscle volume?

Tnx!

When you're cutting you're by definition losing weight, so that probably means mostly fat and a bit of muscle. Hopefully not much muscle if you're doing it right. Strength gains typically come with muscle mass increases, unless you're a newbie and benefiting from neurological adaptations in existing muscle, which isn't going to be the case with you. Therefore it'll be hard to increase your strength without extra muscle, which you probably won't be putting on in a cutting phase. Long story short, you probably have to wait until you're bulking.

But congratulations on the great gains you've made so far! Keep up the good work.
