Incline Benchpress, Squats, Upright Rows, and Straight-leg deadlifts

I do them all on the smith machine because it makes it more stable and easier to put more weights on if i need more resistance after warming up.

Should i do them free weight?? I have, and i noticed i wubble and it is harder to do them.

Which is better? Free or smith?
 
Definitely free...free for everything.

You should put this on your other little list too... "you use the smith machine for everything" haha sorry, just joking with you
 
free weight. any fixed plane of movement machine is gonna completely eliminate the need for your stabilizer muscles, and is why you can push a little more weight.

that means your pecs and tri's get stronger, but the shoulders stay weak.

The question: How do i set myself up for a nasty shoulder injury?
