At my absolute heaviest, I was 400 on the dot. In the last year and a half or so, I've lost about 65 pounds. I feel amazing, and it's a good feeling when all my old clothes (that used to be a bit snug) are now either extremely baggy or just downright unwearable!

I've always been big. I weighed 165 in 3rd grade, and went into 7th grade weighing 255. My parents are overweight, and relied heavily upon take-out, fast food, and frozen entrees! Mom only ever cooked real food on special occasions, otherwise meals came out of a box or a bag.

I don't want to spend the rest of my life at this size, so I've been working on changing it!

As confident as I can be, and as much as I want this change to happen... I also admit that one of my flaws is that I can become easily discouraged and complacent. I haven't joined a gym (yet) or anything. All I've done is started eating real food, less of it, drinking more water and less pop, and going on 5 mile walks a couple times a week. Although I'll admit that my walks haven't happening the last couple weeks. My work schedule has turned me nocturnal and I don't feel safe walking my usual route at the times I'm awake! I'll have to see about getting a treadmill or something.

Either way! There aren't many photos of me at my biggest. I was lucky I found this one! It was taken during spring break of 2010. I flew my niece down to Yosemite National Park to spend the week with her mom/my sister (my sister and her family live in the park, and I spent the summer of 2011 working there).

Forgive the really really cheesy MSPaint edit on the current picture! It's the only non-undergarment thing I own and... I did NOT realize how thin it's gotten. I'm so glad it's always under a shirt o.o! Hopefully the batman boxer briefs are okay too. I know the rules said no underwear, but I really don't have much else =(
