In need of Routine

I need a routine for working out at home. I don't have time for the gym right now ... I just got a new job and have school so my time is limited but I need a routine to add to my diet. I can run a few miles a day but I need some other activities as well. I would like to drop 10 pounds in a month , too. If possible . Thanks Again
 
What are your stats (height, weight, age, daily activity)?
Whats your normal diet?
do you have any weights?

Not to discourage you but unless you are pretty overweight losing 10 pounds in a month is not healthy or likely.
 
well I guess I don't really need to lose weight I just need to tighten and tone. Im 19 5'4 120lbs. My diet is good Vegetarian but I eat Chicken for Protein. I take vitamins for any supplement that Im lacking like calcium . protein... and I have been going to the gym 3 times a week and running 2 times a week. l
but I just feel that I need to tighten my flabby areas maybe strengthen my arms.
 
lol...you're a vegetarian but eat chicken? I love it. Im a vegetarian as well.... but I don't eat chicken :p

Anyway, you're already small... so the trick for you is going to be eating enough calories, working the weights and mixed cardio intensities.

Your eating will have to be spot on as well. Eat 5-6 times per day. A protein and carb at each meal. You don't need animal meat to get protein. Tofu, spinach, veggies, soy, tempeh, seitan, cottage cheese, etc... all contain protein. So do beans. Do a Google search for hemp bread. It's delicious and oh so healthy.
