In NEED of MAJOR HELP!!!..PLEASE READ

Hello eveyone, i have a major problem

I am real thin especially in my lower body...I

have

skinney legs no butt and no hips....I was wondering how can i

get bigger and fuller hips and butt without gaining weight

anywhere else on my body???.....please help!!!!....thanks.....oh

one more thing, i would like to gain that weight by doing

excercize without any machines...is that possible??????

i would appreciate any advise or help....thanks a million:)
 
One exercise needs to be the center of your workouts... SQUATS are KING!




From a rack with barbell upper chest height, position bar on the back of the shoulders and grasp barbell to sides. Dismount bar from rack. Descend until thighs are just past parallel to floor. Extend knees and hips until legs are straight. Return and repeat. Keep head forward, back straight and feet flat on the floor; equal distribution of weight through forefoot and heel.

Or you could do them with dumbbells since you don't have a barbell:


Here is another good one. LUNGES


Now go out there and get some glutes!

JEEZE FiNALLY SUMONE HAS DA SAME PROBLEM AS ME!! i'M REALLY FLAT... PROBABLY FLATTER THAN YOU... i HAVE NO CHEST, LiTTLE HiPS, ND NO BUTT ND i'M ALSO REALLY SKiNNY... GGRRR i REALLY HATE MY BODY ND i WULD LOVE TO HAVE A BiGGER BUTT. i'M EVEN TOO EMBARRESED 2 WEAR PANTS BECUZ OF MY SMALL BUNS. i'VE TRiED SQUATS BUT i GAVE UP. =[ DiDNT WORK 4 ME. ND i'M GOiNG 2 BE A FRESHMAN iN HiGH SCHOOL NEXT YEAR AND i'M DESPERATE FOR A BiGGER BUTT. PLEASE MESSAGE ME BACK... MAYBE WE CAN THiNK OF SUMTHiNG.. =]
 
you also need to eat a surpluss of cals, which means gaining weight. Or else your body wont have anything to build muscle from.
