in need of a good workout routine

Im 15, 118 pounds, I can really only bench 50 pounds, and Im 5'10''
Equiptment I have is a weider pro 8900 home gym, dumbbells, rolling ab toner, myself, and a pullup bar
Also I have great cardio I can run 4 miles in about 30 mins though I dont think that info would be too good
Im willing to try anything Im just a twig and feel I shouldnt be could anybody help me out with a good routine?
