In need-ALOT of help

hello..im a new member however im 15years old.
and for my age i am suprisingly skinny,narrow and tall.
I havn't got an illness and i play alot of Football(Soccer).
Very sporty person. However my arm mustles are very skinny as are my wrists.
I eat alot of meats and like fruits...
Im not someone who is tring to just get a big pair of mustles im doing it to try to lead a helthyer lifestyle.
There are no gyms near me appart from adult gyms where i canno't enter.

Can someone give me some help on how to get a little bit more mustle on me?

Protein. Intake more protein. Nuts, fish, poultry, eggs, wheat germ, oatmeal, milk (good for young women anyway - calcium).

Small wrists means it won't be easy. I'm built similarly. I've been upping my protein and working at it... hard to tell if I've gained mass but at least I have more definition.

And work with light weights, and more reps. Heavier weights and less reps tends to bulk you out more. Lower weight, longer duration will tone more than bulk.

2 dumb bells work great and should be all you need. Cheap too if you arent lifting much. 10lbers go for what? 15 bucks at a local retail store? Don't need to go to a fitness store for dumb bells. Any pair will work. Go to any k-mart, wall-mart, mall, etc and try a few types. You should be able to lift them easily, but feel the tension in your arm.

I got the same problem too. I can eat lots and not gain any weight. I have really small wrist-well, more like bony. Im 6ft tall and only weight about 120 pounds. To add to all of this, Im 18 so Im starting to wonder if Im going to gain weight and some tone any time soon.

I do admit that I dont have much of a sporty lifestyle, but I do try to stay away from sodas/candy and try to drink more water/juice. I recently bought a weight gainer but the more I drank it the more disgusted I became with it, it's like the first time I drank the whole glass of it in 20 seconds, then later it took me long and longer, till I would drink it in a 10 min period. Finally, I could barely finish the glass anymore- weirdest thing ever, (any explenation for that?). Anyway I didnt see very many results with it either, maybe I didnt do it right or enough exersice.

Is there anything I can do to just get heavier and more toned? I dont really cae if I have huge arms, but a well-toned over-all balance in my mass would be nice. Any help?

from what you've said, it sounds like you want to "bulk" up. if that's the case then you might want to eat alot more carbs and even increase your protein(eventhought you say that you eat enough). with the addition of those two, you could try lifting weights. i would use free weights and lift a more heavy weight for less reps.

Carbs put on weight but not muscle. Concentrate on protein.

Fish (tuna and others), shrimp (and some other shell fish), egg whites, chicken (most poultry), beef (keep it lean) nuts/legumes/beans (walnuts, peanuts, kidney beans, etc)

You can also look for some supplemental foods like weigh protein (powder mix) or protein bars. I also found a few breakfast bars that are high in protein recently. Kraft's South Beach Diet bars and Quaker's Q-smart are the two I found so far.
