Tik thanks so much...I've been busting my butt at the gym lol. I go 6 days a week most of the time and honestly I just credit it to running. I feel like it really pushes my body and its really easy to see progress since you can control your speed. I still wish it would just fall off though, some days I feel like I do all this work for nothing. I guess its hard to see you lost weight especially when you have a negative image of yourself in your head.
