In Between, With 20 To Go!

Hello, Forum! I am enjoying reading everyone's posts and seeing everyone's journeys. This is truly an inspirational forum, and congrats to you all on your hard work and amazing progress!!

I am a 28 year old female. I started 10 lbs heavier, and am currently anywhere between 142 to 146, depending on my salt intake the night before. The morning I took the pics, I was 146... I am 5'7, and really have been within 10 lbs of my current weight since high school. (Except for a couple of years in college when I dropped down to 118 in the midst of a bad relationship...)

My goal is to lose about 20 lbs and hold steady in the mid 120's. I would like to get there before September, when I have plans for a beach vacation. It is a truly feasible goal, and I only need to be at a 530 calorie defecit per day to get there! Here is my starting pics, and I will update progress every month or so. Obviously there is much toning in order, and I will definitely be lifting weights (heavy ones) 2 to 3 times a week.
 
Good Luck! There is still quite a bit of time to reach your goals so I think this is totally feasible :) I look forward to your progress pics although you look very nice already :)
 
You already look great to me! & that's exciting about your vacation in September, I have a bahamas cruise in August I'm aiming for! Keep up the good work.
 
Thanks for the encouragement! It definitely helps to have a goal (That is far enough away to be realistic!)

This week has not been the greatest-- I have not slept because of anxiety for work, and have been sooo busy workouts have suffered. However, today is a bit better, and I am run/walking a half marathon on Saturday, so the week is not a complete wash!

I hope everyone is okay after the storms yesterday and last night in the Southeast. Scary stuff!
 
Okay... So, as of this morning, my weight is 145.0. The lowest weight I recorded this week was 143.5, two days ago. My exercise wasn't great this week because of how busy work was, but I did get some in. Here were my totals for the week:

Sun -- 1500 Calories/ 3 Mile Run
Mon -- 1500 Calories/ No Workout
Tues -- 1500 Calories/ 3 Mile Run
Wed -- 2000 Calories/ No Workout
Thurs -- 1500 Calories/ 2 Mile Run
Fri -- 1500 Calories/ No Workout
Sat -- 2500 Calories/ 3 Mile Run/ Dips/ Step Ups

I will definitely lift weights in the upcoming week. Saturdays calories are estimated. I went to an all day party and ate/ drank. The calorie average is about 1700 a day... I need it to be about 1500 on average, with working out most days a week (not every other day) to truly be in a defecit.
