Hi there, Just my before and in between


Height 6ft tall


Starting Weight 267


Current Weight 226


Goal 200


Time elapsed 12 weeks


No work outs just diet change...

The first 40 lbs came off very quickly....I have been at the dreaded plateau for a couple of weeks now....Im not discouraged in the least....I will remain focused and reach my goal no matter what!


Besides I feel 100% better than I did 12 weeks ago....and thats all that matters!
 
Kepp up the good work! awesome dude! My first 40 went off not bad either, then had to work harder to 50 then seriously plataued!! grrrr, maybe if you want try incoporating a walk in here and there? to get over it?

Im currently at 221!


I find a Caloric spike every week or so helps to break past my plateau!


Im at a comfortable weight now....I will be beginning the P90x workout regime soon.....To try to obliterate the last 20 lbs toward my goal of 200....My results thus far are from diet change only so Im looking forward to adding a scorching workout and see how my result change!


I will post more pics later!

Thanks! i know personally id rather sweat my butt off then give up yummy foods! if you had asked me 2 years ago i would have said the oppisit.... if you have trouble while working out just visualize the sweat being your fat melting away, gets me every time! "
 
Adude you look awesome! congrats on the weight loss. could we get some sort of insight into the weight loss? i.e what you used to eat compared to the types of things you have been eating these past 3 months...would be great to know as I am around ur previous weight and would love to be nearer to your new weight in 12 weeks!

Before I began my journey...Actually for the past 8 years....I would eat usually one time a day...Right before bed. I would usually gorge myself on the worst foods you could imagine (Really Fattening stuff was my fav)



Currently I am only eating really healthy foods...Lean proteins (chicken turkey fish ect....) Veggies , Legumes, whole and multigrain foods. and fruits!



I dont miss the other stuff one bit....Although I do get vicious cravings from time to time....But they have become manageable......Also I eat whatever I want...One day a week



Im close to reaching my goal and Im pumped!

Just a quick update on my progress.....I have had a few to many cheat days, but I am managing to up my activity level and I have pushed past my plateau it seems! im super excited!

Wow! Your lookin great! keep up the good work, you also look younger. and cheat days arent bad, you have to let yourself cheat sometimes
