Before I began my journey...Actually for the past 8 years....I would eat usually one time a day...Right before bed. I would usually gorge myself on the worst foods you could imagine (Really Fattening stuff was my fav)
Currently I am only eating really healthy foods...Lean proteins (chicken turkey fish ect....) Veggies , Legumes, whole and multigrain foods. and fruits!
I dont miss the other stuff one bit....Although I do get vicious cravings from time to time....But they have become manageable......Also I eat whatever I want...One day a week
Im close to reaching my goal and Im pumped!
