In addition to my workouts... eating

I'm 6'2 and 191 lbs. (19 y/o)


Can you folks, by chance, help me devise a meal plan?

I have no clue about nutritional values of different types of food. :/ all I know is my Taco Bell 3-5 times a week is no good :D

Right now I'm thinking...

Start the day off with a multivitamin and a bowl of whole grain cereal.
Carrots or something for brunch
Peanut butter and banana sandwich for lunch
Half of a can of tuna
Medium sized dinner (meat, veggies, bread, etc etc.)
