I started this just to encourage and motivate people that results really can happen if you focus on the process and not the results.
I used a very good plan, easy to incorporate into any busy schedule and very minimal workout and these are the numbers which surprise me simply because i didnt even think i could lose that much! I called it the 2 month challenge.
