Been eating good and exercising for a year since september the 11th 2009 and still going and have lost around 65 pounds(30 kilos or so) or more and now i have came to a stage where i am only around a stone off being the weight i would like to be, as i participate in a sport where you have to shoulder people and be built enough so i dont want to get soo light that i am being thrown around the field.Just yesterday i started HIIT and it was great and it went well for me and about 3 weeks ago i started ab exercises every evening and havent stopped yet even though i know you should not do them every evening as it could be counter productive but i just wanted to get a bit of a boost to start it off,i am just wondering is there any recomended ab exercised(2 if possible) that someone could suggest me that i only stick to those two exercises for a good while then switch it up?Also i was wondering did anyone know any good ways to lose weight off your lower and mid-back section as i am able to lose weight and fat everywhere else on my body apart from there and is making me uncomfortable with my look? i wanted to get some muscle or to just tone up my body without putting on alot of weight because it would be going against what i spent a year of my life doing, should i maybe do 45 mins of bench presses tonght along with some tricep exercises and do my HIIT and then lets say for tomorrow i do ab exercise and HIIT and the next day maybe legs and HIIT,i am determined to do HIIT everyday apart from sunday as i usually take sunday off or either take it easy,i have got my body used to running anf walking everyday as i have lost my weight this way and was just asking does anyone have any tips,if you are unsure about anything i said or want to know something in more detail about my current regime then reply in the thread and will get back to you as soon as possible!
Thank you.
