Impotance of resting in between days of exercises and seperating exercises

Hi my names Jordan i'm 17 years old and Ive been weight lifting for the past 10 months. I'm just curious on how imprtant it is to rest in between workout routines and workout differnt parts of you body on different days. I work out 5-6days a week. My current workout is as follows.

4 groups of 3 sets of 8 Reps of 160pounds down to my chest.
(total 96 reps)

1 group of 3 sets of 16 reps of 40 pound dumbell curls (8 per hand)
(Total 48 reps)

1 group of 3 sets of 20 reps of 40 pound Dead flys (10 per hand)
(Total 60 reps)

1 group of 3 sets of 25 pound wrist curls.

1 group of 3 sets of of 115 pound barbell wristcurls behind my back.

1 group of 3 sets of 20 reps of 20 pound Dumbell reverse curls (10 per hand)
(Total 60 reps)

1 group of 3 sets of 10 down to my knee using a Z bar reverse barbell curls on a roman bench. I'm not sure how much my Z bar weighs.
(Total 30 reps)

I also do Manual squats by putting a barbell on my back every other day and rope bicep curls. I also run 40mintues and day and hit a punching bag for another 20.

I ussualy split this workout up into into 2 differnt routines throghout my day it ussualy takes me around 1:30-1:45mins

anyways my question is I don't rest in between days of workouts I ussualy workout mon-fri and sunday or sometimes Just mon-thurs and sunday So I don't rest in between days of workouts I was wondering if tha would hemper my results? I was also wondering if i should be sperating some of my exercises I.E the ones that work out my biceps/triceps one day and forearm excercies another.

I relaize this workout is anywhere near from prefact bu i'ms till experimenting and learning Ive maned to increase my biceps from 32cm in diameter to 36cm(while flexed) so I figure i must be doing all right.

I also drink protein powder and have a pretty healthy diet... I think anyways lol
anyways any tips/advice would be apperaited thanks!

I Do all this at home so my equiement is limited.
