Important question, please answer!

hey everyone!! i have a few questions about weight lifting. I have a weight lifting machine thingy... I dont know what its called. But it basically has everything on it. No one has ever explained how many reps to do, or how many in each rep... etc... so I'm kinda confused!! So heres the info... I'm 14, 5'6, female... not overweight.. just want to tone, and build a little muscle, especially on my arms... sooo can anyone explain it to me!?!?!
 
This might be a good starting point-
Do a fullbody routine 3 times a week
Pick 4 compound movements and 2 isolation movements
Use a 3-5 set and 6-10 rep range
 
IMO, if you're starting from the very beginning i would say only set for now of 6-10 reps like evolution posted. take the time to learn the movements and feel the muscles working. :)
