I'm currently 22 and about 5'5-ish. I started at 190.4 a week ago and right now I'm at 182.5 (7.9 lbs lost). It seems like a huge weight loss for just a week, but in the past I always seem to lose a lot in the first 2 weeks and then my weight loss goes nowhere after that. This time I'm determined to stick with it! My goal weight is 120 lbs so I have 62 lbs to go! I don't really have a timeframe set for my weight loss. It would be nice to be in the 140s by December or so. I've never been a stick, but last September I had a breast augmentation and I stopped working out after that for obvious reasons (you cannot run for at least a few months). After awhile I just got to lazy to go back to doing it. I've gained 30 lbs since that surgery a little less than a year ago.

I'm following the Quick Weight Loss Center diet. It emphasizes low carb, low calorie, and low sodium diet with high protein. It's a no exercise diet plan, but I'm exercising anyway thinking it will help me lose more and will also prevent loose skin if I keep my body as toned as possible along the way. Since I gained a lot of my excess weight recently I'm hoping that will also keep me from having loose skin. I'm also hoping I won't end up with saggy boobs. I would hate to have to go through another surgery. :(

I've been eating a lot of vegetables and grilled chicken dishes for the past week. I have a MAJOR sweet tooth and if I don't allow myself cheat days it is likely that I will go insane. Today I bought a pack of the miniature sized almond joy candies (MY FAVE!) and actually managed to say no to them. I put them in my cabinet and told myself that for every 10 lbs I lose I can have one. So far so good since I haven't eaten any yet. :)

For exercise I'm running on my treadmill, doing crunches and lunges, some light weight lifting, and following the P90X Lean Body routine. So I'm currently spending about 2 hours per day working out.

I took some before pictures of myself, but I've decided not to list them until I get somewhere. Maybe 30 lbs down? Then I'll be posting them for sure!
