Hi. I’m 14 years old. 6 ft tall. And a little flabby everywhere. I weigh 160 but theres so much flab so don’t tell me I don’t weigh too much or I shouldn’t worry. I don’t want to lose weight, I want to lose fat. My diet is as follows : in the morning chai tea with 2% reduced milk and one- two pieces of toast with 1tbsp pb and one tbsp jelly. Lunch at school – peanut butter and jelly sandwich on either oatnut or whole grain bread with cheerios chex mix. (that varies- it can be Doritos SOMETIMES or gold fish.) with a water bottle. When I get home I will either have oatmeal that is 250 calories (including milk) and/or cheerios with milk (not too much), or rarely pasta with no sauce but with vegetables. Dinner will vary too. I’m Indian so I can have lentils (which idk how healthy they are for you), and/or cereal. I also eat many almonds through out the day. My workout is as follows: I do bodyweight exercises but recently I have been going to the weight room. But at home I try to run two miles at a 5% grade incline, and I walk at 4.0 mph for the first lap (400 m) and then I run for 6 mph for 6-7 minutes straight then I alternate between 4.5 mph and 6.3 mph. I do this for 25-30 minutes. I also try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I also do bodyweight exercises such as pushups, sit-ups, dips, leg lifts, calf raises and yeah. How long until I see a good body. Thank you!
