howdy! okay, well here it is. i am counting today as day one, since i've actually not been able to keep myself on a diet or excersize plan!
goals: lose inces, gain muscle, lose tummy fat, gain confidence again!
how am i gonna get there?: okay so here are a few of my rules i am setting for myself and as i post in my diary i will write about how i did those goals fo that day/week when ever i can log on.
rule #1: NO POP!! okay, so i'm addicted to soda.. i can't help it! its the carbonation, i think.. but i need to cut it out. expecially since i can only drink diet soda and i hear thats even worse for you. so this is more of me TRYING to cut out pop cause thats gonna be hard.. just as hard as rule #2 is gonna be.. so i gotta keep telling myself WATER WATER WATER!!!
rule #2: NO FASTFOOD!! ouch. yeah, i have a problem. even saying that makes me flinch a little. i love fast food, its delicious.. and i'm actually not that good of a cook. i guess i'm gonna have to learn to be right?? so send me any healthy yummy recipes that my body will think is fast food but its not! haha!
rule #3: EXERSIZE!! atleast 30 minutes a day to start out. 30 minutes is not hard, i'm gonna try to do it in the morning before breakfast... i love to excersize it makes me feel good about myself and its refreshing so this one wont be so hard to figure out.
rule #4: PORTIONS!! another hard one. its so easy to look at that tiny portion on ur plate and say WTF! lol and you go get 2x or 3x more that what is actually a recommended portion. :/ we all do it haha so i got to do more measureing.. grrr
rule #5: dont look at skinny girls.. i have to teach myself that my body is different than those twig girls and when i get down to my healthy weight and size that i am just as attractive as they are! just different.
rule #6: take the long way, park in the farthest parking spot at walmart i can find haha
rule #7: dont look at the scale! when i was at my best size and weight last summer i weighed in at 110. but it was muscle and i looked awesome!! i dont want to judge how well i am doing by the number on my scale.. i just want 110 to possibly be my weight # goal again, but i'll be happy with 115.
okay so 7 simple rules.. just not easy haha. wish me luck!!!
