I have a workout gym at home, but not sure which excersize works out which muscle. This is what I have:
a bar that you bring down infront of you, it's a long bar with handles on each side. does this work out triceps?
if you sit down at the seat right infront of that bar, then it has these butterfly things you push with your arms. does this excerize shoulders?
I know a benchpress excercises chest, and then there's another for legs.
I have an exercise plan, I just need to know which one excercises my back and shoulder. Biceps are excersized from curls, right? forearms are from using dumbells and you push them out horizontally?
