Ok so Im new and need to lose at least 15pounds by summer!
Im about 112pounds, 5"1.5, and have some muscles.
I want to lose weight but my motivation really lacks a lot so its very hard to lose it.

this is my plan:
I will only intake 1800 calories or less (4meals a day) every day
But since i exercise for at least 1hour and 30 mins to 2 hour everyday, I at least burn 600 calories a day

I need to lose until june 1? or anyday before the last week of school is over!

Please motivate me more people!

:seeya: Hi there! Have you done any research to see what a healthy weight would be for someone of your height? It strikes me that you are trying to get dangerously low. Do some research on this (and other) forums.

yea my image is alittle different from what i am i gues=]

anyways i lost up too 107 pounds (basically water weight=D) well about 7 pounds to go or until i look good i guess ahaha ok

*edit* i meant i am 107 pounds now not lost that much weight lol=)
