I'm new to working out and need help please

I'm 5"11 I weigh 155 and want to get more def in my abs,and back, and get a bigger chest. Right now I can't go to the gym because time is not in my favor. So what I need to know is what is the best home workouts that I can do to get the results that I want. I want ripped abs and a big chest that is well rounded and defined.

Definition is a result of low body fat.

It does no good to work only/mainly your chest as it would open you up to injury from the imbalance in your posture and strength between your anterior and posterior torso.

If you can't go to a gym, what equipment do you have at your disposal?

If you hve none, you may want to look into Ross Enamait's "Never Gymless."



I've heard the man is very approachable and he's even signed into another site I frequent to "correct" my view of him (I said he was scary:) ).
