Hi all,
I am so glad I found this forum. I am 18 and a 147 pounds. I'm not obese, but I hate the way I look in clothes and when I'm in the shower. I have this bulging belly look and I want it GONE!!!! I know its only 10 pounds, but I love pop, love to eat, and don't have any motivation to exercise. Please help guys. I have a picture from about 2-3 years ago, but I can say I about look like that now (belly wise) maybe a little bigger now. Dont mind me being stupid hiding behind the book, but look at that nasty belly. I also am not skinny or confident enough to wear a bikini without a shirt over me. Please motivate me and please tell me your secrets of losing a quick 5 or 10 pounds. I am the type that if I dont see results right away.....I give up. I guess thats why Im in this situation now.

How did you lose 10 pounds?
