I'm new :D

November 13th

I weighed myself in today, 177.6. Not that much of a loss, but I didn't gain anything, so I'll keep on the happy side of things.

I choose to nont do insanity, as it looks like after trying a bit, it's made for people who are are ready in shape! lol, oh well. I found some alternatives.

As I didn't lose to much, this is going to be a special week. My boyfriend if out of town for most of it, which will make avoiding out to eat food better. My plan, is to stick specificly to a scedual, I'm going to lay out what I eat all week, and layout what work out I do for an hour each day (Sunday is free day)

Well, see you sometime soon!

It's going slow, but it's going steady. And this is the longest I've ever stuck with a life change plan.

Hey good job on getting going on your weight loss journey. That is very cool that you get to do a 5k with your dad, how fun that you have someone to do that with.... i'm going to your link after this post to check that out..... I have only recently been able to maintain a jog without have to stop walk jog stop walk jog.... so would be cool to work up to something like that. Oh and for calorie counting I use calorieking, I like this site because I've found calorie counts for pretty much any food I need. happy weight loss!!

Wow, congratulations on the weight loss! 3 weeks for 7 lbs is about 2 lbs lost per week, which is normal and HEALTHY. Good job :D

Oh man! It looks like I finally got the sickness that has been going around my school...lame. Slows me down on my working out, but I'll still eat well. And this weekend I finally get to see my family! I get to go running with Dad!

Ha, same for me~! I won the award just in time too, as I'm travling on thanksgiving, leaving my place at 6 am, getting to thanksgiving dinner at 8pm. So I'll need a bit to do to mix stuff up. But I'm taking the train, and the train is so awesome~! Expesially on my way back, it always runs at sunset and we ride over some really pretty landscapes.

So far, I've noticed a bit, I do feel really good. And I've lost about 2 inches off my waist and an inch off my hips. I think it's because I hold most of my weight in my hips, waist, and bust. I'm really trying to shrink the boobies down a little...but to no avail, they arn't going anywhere.

Congrats on the loss!! Hope you feel better soon too, being sick sucks.

Fully hearing you on the boobs not going anywhere, its the only place I have barely lost any cms!!

December 2ed

Hey there! I havn't weighed in or posted in here for so long just because I've been travling a top recently, and while travling - there isn't many choices for good food. So I've been kinda afraid of weighing myself D:

But today I did, looks like 173

Hello Rinnanine,

Congratulations on the weight loss! I know exactly how it is to be traveling and afraid of weigh-in. i just got back from a 2 week international trip to France, followed by Brazil. The hotels didn't have fitness centers and I was obliged to eat out with my work collegues almost every night...not a good combo for losing weight. I did manage to keep exercising by getting up early to walk, but its just wasn't the same as 60 min on the eliptical! Then, I normally don't eat after 6, but that went out the window for the time I was in Brazil...I didn't eat sweets (which are my weekness), but didn't do well at portion control either, so I knew when I hit the scale this morning it wouldn't be great. I didn't gain any, but I didn't lose any either...so, like you I'm staying on the positive side!

Keep up the good work girl...I enjoy reading your posts!

Hey! I'm 170 today~! YAY! Hope it stays over the weekend, traveling across the country...by myself...on a bus. It was suppose to be a train, but it broke down.

Congratulations girl! Keep yourslef occupied on that bus...it's easy to eat when we're bored, so get a book or ipod or something to keep you busy...and have fun!!

Hey Janette!

Wow, you are doing an AMAZING job. Losing 15 lbs in about a month is FANTASTIC! keep up the great work :D

Just wanted to pop in and say hi! You are doing great with your weight loss. Looks like you are losing at a healthy and steady rate, keep it up! Wish they did that Run for your Life thing any where around where I live, I'd kill (haha) to do something like that. It'd be a blast.

Hey everyone! I have been failing so hard the past few weeks, thus explaning the lack of weigh ins. But I've been in Iowa for about a week doing boot camp at home with my family. Man is it kicking my butt! Hopping to get down to 168-165 for Christmas

15 lbs in a month is pretty darn good (& healthy!). Rarara! You can beat the boot camp! I'm rooting for you!

HEY! I've been away way to long. I've been struggling to much trying to break the 170 mark, and it's so discouraging. I could really use your support. I'll admit - I've fallen off the band wagon to enjoy my favorite foods and wimp out on working out. It started from not loosing weight when doing hard work outs for 2 weeks straight, eating right, doing everything right. Currently, I'm trying to build back up to my passion and motivation as it was in the beginning, but it's HARD!

Hey Rinnanine,

I was wondering where you had gone...and glad to see you back! We all have some bad days and even weeks...but the most important thing for you is that you are back and willing to get back onto your goal! I would suggest you read your early posts and try to remember how determined you felt when you posted these. Then go to some "success stories" and picture yourself there! I would also suggest you relook at your diet plan...and see if there are some foods you need to change out and also your exercise plan to see if you need to rejunvenate your routine to help with your motivation. All easier said than done..but it's so worth it...remember that!

Yeah, I've been trying my hardest getting myself back motivated, and it's slowly getting there~! Thanks for your reply. :3

I weighed myself this morning just to see, and turns out it's 168! I'm below 170~! This makes me super motivated, I feel it's a little head start my body is giving me to show I can do it, as long as I stay motivated and don't loss sight of my goals like I did over December from travling so much.

Lets hope I stay below 170 from now on!
