Im needing help/advice :/

Well I need to know some simple questions. I want opinions from different people if that's possible. I have been reading some of the stickys but I'm still a little confused.

Current status:
Age: 16
Weight: 125-130 maybe? First weigh in friday.
Height: 5'5
Goal weight: 118

I would like to know how many calories I should be eating to reach my goal by May, if possible.

Multiply your weight in pounds by 10. That gives you 1250 to 1300 calories. That should be somewhere in the ballpark. Try it for a few weeks, and adjust up or down as necessary.

If I stick to eating 1200-1300 calories a day while running and exercising daily how long do you think it will take to reach my goal weight?
 
I would not worry about time. Seriously. There are many things that can affect your weight .. hormones, weather, sodium, fluid retention from exercise, etc. Don't focus on a deadline.

Just eat a reasonable amount of food, healthy food, and exercise. You'll see the weight dropping and when you get to your goal is when you get there.
