Ive Been Bulking For About 2 Months And I Noticed Im Not Really Gaining Muscle Mass Im Just Losing Weight I Even Have A 6 Pack Now... I Eat Lots Of Fat And Protein , I Dont Get Much Sleep Even Though I Know I Should , I Workout 3 Times A Week With No Cardio..i See A Little More Mass In My Arms But No Where Else I Am Getting More Lean Then I Ever Was But Thats Not My Goal.
