I'm loosing weight and dont know y?

I'm 19yr was 142, 5'9. I have a pretty small body frame but I am in pretty good shape. I work out every day and have gotten alot more definition in the past 2 years. 2 weeks ago I worked outside on a sat and sun for about 10 -12 hrs each day. I was wiped out after that. Ever since that weekend my body has been screwed up. Usually, when i weighed myself in the morning i was between 139-141 now im hanging around 133 134. Im just not as hungry as i was before, I literally cant take in the food that i use to. Its like my stomach shrunk. I can notice a little loss in my muscles and now I have basically no fat anywhere on me. I like not having any fat on my stomach but I cant build my muscles like i use to. Even when I try to consume a ton of calories i drop even more weight. Is my metabolism like skyrocketing or something? The only thing that i know of thats different now is my sleep patterns. Im staying up until 1 or 2am, and getting up at 7-730. Could being up for a longer time cause me to burn more calories? This is all confusing and actually worrying me a little. Anyone have any ideas?
 
you are overtrained and your body is burning muscle as you aren't consuming enough cals or resting enough...sleep 8hrs a night at least and get food in order and stop exercising untill you get those right
 
Well, many of us would say, "oh my, I need to start getting into what you are doing..." If you are losing this much weight.
