If im looking to gain size as opposed to strength or endurance what do I need to do with my reps/sets/weight?
do I do long or short rests?
how many reps per set ?
and do I do a high volume of sets or try for 2 or 3 to fatigue?
For hypertrophy you should be going for 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Lifting heavier than you would for endurance training, but not as much as you would for power obviously.
