im in need of some help

Hey guys im 20 y/o male. im 6 foot 4 and weigh 260 now. I quit playing sports around the age of 17 i was in great shape now 2 1/2 years later ive slowly put a lot of weight on. I'm not active at all tbh. I got about 2 months off untill i start work again so im doing absolutely nothing right now but eating junk food and sitting around the thing is im stuck at 260 i cant gain more it seems lol. for the past 3 weeks ive done nothing and kept eating junk food and i havnt gained a pound. Ok to the point now. I want to hit this full force, hardcore, holding nothing back, ALLOUT. you get it? What should i start doing? I dont have a gym yet so im thinking run? what kind of stuff should i be eating and how much? seems like im always hungry so i might just have to run a TON? i dunno so im hear asking you guys. all replys are wellcome.

Get your nutrition in order, first and foremost. The most kickass workout will burn only a fraction of the calories you can take in if you're not careful. Start counting/logging calories, with an emphasis on protein.
