Hi everyone...

Well this has been really difficult for me because i don't really share my desire to lose weight and become lean to anyone as it gives me a mental setback to admit "Dude!! U dont have a perfect lean body and so u also aint tht attractive"...

But since i realized this forum is for people like me who cant stick to their goals without external motivation, i really dont mind opening myself up here..

To begin with, my name is harsh... Im 17...Im 4m India and yaah my name wud sound weird to many of ull........

Weight : 75 kgs i.e 157.1 pounds
Height : 5"4' ( awefully short )

In August end i leave for my exchange to Brazil for a year. And since i would be going to Brazil, the land of gr8 beaches, samba and hot bodies, i wanna become lean and a li'l bit muscular also. Simultaneously im making efforts to put on sumthn like 3-4 inches of height ( which is gonna be shit-difficult ) so that i look great.

I got a massive flab which i wanna get rid off and also all fat around cheeks and chin.

So here is my goal chart 64 days before i leave for Brazil...
Weight Target : 65 kgs i.e 136 ponds...

I intend to lose 21 pounds in 2 months approx. I genuinely feel this goal is quite achievable.

Also since i'll regularly post on this diary, i will be self-conscious and keep a check over myself to avoid guilt.

I request all members to please motivate me coz i need it at this point..

Yesterday's Workout ( forgot to post )

10 mins cycling.
2.5 km i.e 1.55 miles run
0.630 miles


Today's Target

Weight Training
1) Shoulders
2) Biceps
3) Triceps
4) Legs

Cardio

1) 7 km running i.e 4.30 miles
2) 1/2 hour cycling.

This is intense but ive done it before and ill do it this time too....

I'll tho post whether i did it or not....
