I'm going to do this!

Hello everyone :) My name is Andrea. Im 19 years old and i currently weight 165. Ive been going to the gym for about a month now but i havent seen any huge results. Part of that reason is because my eating habbits suck! I have no self control what so ever! So I decided that im going to write my own food diary! Maybe it will encourage me a bit more!
Today i went to the gym with my friend and did about 35 minutes of cardio. But i dont really count it because i went to mcdonalds before that and ate a fillet-o-fish and fries:'( ! I really hope i can change my eating habbits! because theres no point of working out if i just keep eating the way i do. Hopefully this food diary will give me a bit of motivation :)
 
There are some great sites online which allow you to diary your food intake and it will keep track of calories and break them down into carbs/protein/ and fat. I use one called fitday, but there are others out there as well. You might be able to keep a closer, more accurate count this way.
