congratulation's, that should be labled as extreme weight loss, cause that takes years to get off, even with intense diets, im sure others are eagar to learn what you did, so give us some info, and good job, you look great!

Would you be so kind as to share with us a meal plan and a typical exercise routine. You look AMAZING!!

Wellll~ I used to go to the gym for hours a day, at least 5 days a week- And I had aerobics classes 3-4 times a week also- on top of running at the park and on my treadmill at home- But I've lost most of everything b/c times are hard for me right now.

So instead of stressing myself about trying to find ways to exercise I concentrate on relaxing. ^_^;

Hey! Stress can mess your weight loss UP!

I walk a lot. That's about all the exercise I've gotten in the past 4-5 months.

I'd have to say ALL my weight loss has come from my diet (even though I hate calling it a diet- b/c it's not.. it's the way I live).
It's quite simple. I eat vegan and organic. And I eat below my maintenance calories every day.
