I'm back...240 to 142lbs

I've been a member of this forum for years; however I haven't been updating like I should be. I am currently 2 lbs from my 100 lb weightloss goal.Since almost hitting my goal, I've changed my new goal to 120lbs lost. I will be updating my old journals. And heres a reminder of what I used to look like and what I currently look like.....

Congrats on everything you've accomplished! Hitting that 100lb milestone is no easy feat and I hope you plan to celebrate (in moderation of course) when you meet it :]
 
Ive been waiting for an update from you in forever, your weight loss inspired my own and its great to see that your doing so well, good luck on losing your 22 pounds, you'll have no problem!
 
COngrats!!! how did you lose the weight and how long did it take you? I have the same goal weight and Im 5'5 and weigh 189

I was a huge slacker. It took me about eight months to loose the 1st 50lbs. Then it took me another year and 1/2 to loose the rest. I fell off the wagon and ate whatever I wanted for a while. I didn't gain anything in that year and 1/2. I just didn't loose much. Just recently I started going back to the gym 6 days a week(cardio & weights) (I started with walking & the eliptical) and I'm eating about 1500 calories a day about 2 weeks ago. I'm excited to see what I can get my body to do. I've never been this thin. Not even as a teenager.

Your transformation thus far is amazing! You look great and I bet you feel great.

I have the same issue with starting and stopping. Being consistent has been my main issue. I'm ready to saddle back up and get on the horse as well.

I was wondering if i could have a bit of advice?
I do an 1 hour cardio
20 mins sit up. push ups (Floor exercises)
25 mins walking
30-40 mins bike riding (Every other day)
How many calories should i be consuming? im totally at a lose, i really dont know how much i should be having, i asked my doc and he was useless.
So any help from you would be sooo helpful.

(I am 8 pounds away from being the weight i was when i was 12, so good on you!)

How many are you at right now? I was eating between 1400-1500 calories a day. Make sure you are eating at least 1200.
