I am a server at a restaurant. I work with and smell delicious food on a daily basis. At home, in class, and around friends, I eat healthy. However, at work, there is endless high sodium and high calorie soups and 150 calorie breadsticks available all the time. Not to mention, chocolate mints.
When it's slow I get bored and resort to food to kill my boredom. Does anyone else here work with food for a living? This is my one downfall when it comes to eating healthy. Being a waitress does have its benefits though, I am constantly moving around and lifting heavy trays, so I get some good exercise.

with Blancita....you need to try to save some cals. for when you go to work, or try eatting before you go to work and bring some snacks with you like protein bars or fruit!! Good luck!!
