I see a lot of misinformation out there. I would like to take a few people under my wing and get them in great shape. This is free advice of course, I only ask that you respond if you are SERIOUS about losing body fat/building muscle. I'm not going to help you if you're not going to help yourself. That said, if you are interested, I ask that you post pictures of yourself, and give me a list of your goals. I'll give you advice, and I'll check back once to twice a week to see how you're keeping up. I'll guide you through the whole thing. :)

hi can you answer me one question please, im trying to lose some bodyfat in order to get a six pack, i want to build muscle but was told to lose the fat first so while im losing the fat should i still do weights and sit ups or not? and if yes do i take protein shakes because i obviously dont want to put the weight on, thanks
 
Yes, you should still do weights and crunches, but not sit-ups. Yes you should still take protein shakes. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn while being sedentary.
 
What certification(s) do you have handshakes?

I'm reading some of your other posts, and I have some concerns about your education in the fitness and nutrition fields.
