I'm a good person inside and out!

Had nice dinner out w/hubby tonight. Went to TGIF and ordered the grilled shrimp and steamed brocc. ate all of the brocc. and half of the shrimp. Also had coffee and water w/lemon. Not bad for dinner. Finished shopping for party, and walked around looking for exercise equipment for the basement. Hubby wants weight equipment, etc. I would like a bike or a different star stepper.

Update Still freezing outside, right now -1 with -20 wind chill, ugh!!:willy_nilly:

Did not get much exercising in, will tomorrow morning and night. A lot on Sunday due to party!!
 
Ok, Packers lost, but was a great game overall, in my opinion!!

Slept in today, was under the weather, so took day off, but ate pretty good. Need to drink more water though. Am going to start cooking at home more, and step up my walking schedule tomorrow, and add in an exercise video! Hope for the best!:waving:
 
Ok, new day, still feeling gloomy, think I caught a bug. Slept most of the a.m., but am going to go on the treadmill soon.

Did a few yoga moves today, need more water, will get that in tonight. Am excited Biggest Loser is on tonight! Yeah!! That will cheer me up!:hurray:
 
Well official weigh in is tomorrow but did preweigh in and like my numbers! Still very tired, not up tp par, but am planning to walk another mile tonight. Going to bed early again tonight!
 
:hurray: I weighed in at 155.8 lbs. today! A few lbs. here, a few lbs. there, I must be doing something right! Excited about that. Went to get my xray on my neck today, so waiting on the results for that to came in. Hopefully my bone is growing!! Walked for 1 mile today, still feeling nauseated but hope to get rid of this flu bug soon!!
 
Feeling a bit better today. Walked for 30 minutes this morning and planning on 30 minutes tonight when I watch the news. Warm up this weekend! going to be 30 degrees out on Sunday!! Will feel like spring to me!!

Drank 4 12 0z. glasses of water so far!!

Great info.

Tips for success from the Biggest Loser
1. Plan meals in advance.
2. Schedule your three small meals plus two or three small snacks every day. Skipping meals leads to excess hunger, extreme eating, and extra calories.
3. Pay attention to your portions.
4. Minimize saturated fats,trans fats, added sugars, processed foods and excess salt.
5. Record all meals in a food journal.
6. Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.
7. Exercise daily according to the recommendations of your personal trainer and/or physician.

Am going to finish the book this weekend. Will add new tips tomorrow!!

I got the dried cherries at meijer in the fresh veggie/fruit dept...sometimes you can get them where you bake....actually they were dried berry blend....craberries/cherries/blueberries...i think you have to be careful because of the sugar content but with a little bluecheese they can really make a salad pop with flavor.............


a few pounds here and there is absolutely fabulous...i am afraid of weighing in....it scares me $hitless....(hey that should be good for a few pounds) i think if i get below 170 (that 10 pound mark) I will feel great.....but i have a ways to go.....8 pounds...

Computer's been down and hubby was working on it, or something like that. My TOM right now, so ugh!! Also still cold outside,ugh!! Hopefully a warm up this weekend!! I think it was supposed to be 25 degrees out, yeah!!

Started eating 5 mini meals per day. So far so good. Do seem a lot fuller though?! It's helping with my appetite and digestive system.

Been doing lunges and leg work out. Hubby noticed that my thighs looked a lot thinner!! Know to work on my butt,lol.
 
Hi Karebare, sound good. Weighed in at 155.4 yesterday, great start for the week. Think I'm coming down w/a cold though. Found out that my bone has fused together in my neck, still on a lot of restrictions though, until my bone is solid. So that was great news over the weekend! Finally is 25 degrees out, for the whole week!!!!:party:,lol. Walking more today and an arm workout.:seeya:

i am trying not to get discouraged, i have been pretty good all week. i am always bad on sundays....maybe i need to weigh in on Friday's instead!!!

i didnt work out like i should have last week....oh well we will see right...
