The Chest and Squat went extremely well as expected with the extra cals. Gained +2 R on each set of the chest, and went up +5lbs on the last (good response). Squats same issue. Time to recover now.
Since I run 5 day rest periods (im old) between chest/Squats, this will run again into the ZAG portion of the diet again. BUT
Im off to do cardio, and add a suprise to my Torso (planned suprise) LOL...My body hates me.....no, not really (LOL)
