Illness problem

Hi guys,

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. But i have had a bit of a setback in my weight training recently as i have been ill and have unfortunatley dropped some weight off!

So now my weight has gone from

13st 3lbs pre christmas TO
11st 4lbs after christmas then i bulked TO
12st but now from being ill and not eating much ive gone TO
11st 3lbs again!!!!!

Any ideas on what to do to stay healthy and get more nuscle weight on me??? I am trying to get all my nutrients each day now and im staring to feel better but i cant help lokling at this as a setback!

how 'ill' were you? a flu, or some kind of major medical illness? do you ahve a clean bill of health now? if so, eat clean, eat enough, and get back in the gym. track your food intake if you aren't alreayd to make sure you're actually eating enough.
 
Depending on what illness you had a fair bit of that could have been water loss due to dehydration, to name a few illnesses; temperature, sick and diarreah (however you spell it!)
