10 pounds down.
I know this is a small weight loss compared to many of you, but I'm sure the net loss doesn't reflect actual fat loss because I've definitely put on some muscle.

Wow these pics are motivational... either I look better IRL than these pics or I still have farther to go than I thought!

DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN
I am officially an old man now... had my first encounter with gout. It started Monday evening, got BRUTAL on Tues and Wed AM, and is getting better now. It is excruciating.

It killed any cardio work I could do and this was the week I expected to crack the 200 barrier. Damn.

Oh well tomorrow is weigh in day and I might be able to do a bike session tonight.
 
Congrats, man! That's f'n awesome! I remember my first >200 weigh-in. It's a helluva thing and an awesome accomplishment. Keep it up!
