So i decided, id join in on this diary thing.
Alittle about me, i play football for the school team, nose guard/ defensive tackle. well ive been going on and off with this weight lost, and its really anoughin, today we had a game, and since i got hurt at football, i cant play or practice, and when i put on my jersey, it looked so small on me, that it struck my head again, i need to start this diet game again, and this time, i wana beat it !.
im startin at 6'2" ,290 pnds.
and i want to go to 210 ish, this will be with muscle since i lift for football n all that, but the lowest i can get with the most muscles the happier i will be.
Lately all ive been eating is one meal aday, and this is after i get home from football around 6:30.
