I logged every calorie and ate 90% basal. I didn't care how long it took I never set a timeframe. Diets don't work and won't ever work. I changed my lifestyle completely. I lost most my weight about 4 yrs ago. My first goal was 162 then I made it 150 then 145 now its 140. Its easy to get obsessed and my friends nag me to eat more but I'm fine. I'll probably level off about 140.
I don't work out much mostly just skiing. I don't even know what lats are Never cared much about that I just want to get healthy.
At 238 lbs my doc told me I'd be pushing daisys if I didn't change my ways. When I saw him the next time at 160 he couldn't believe it "NOBODY ever listens when I tell them to lose weight NOBODY!!" heh. He was quite pleased. Now he's harrassing me b/c I chew nicotine gum.
