Just been sort of avoiding my journal because I have made no progress...infact, my weight has gone up and today's weigh in was 148.4 lbs. The scale hit 150 on Monday after a long weekend of drinking and eating for St. Patty's day!
I am still trying though - I counted calories Monday and Tuesday and have been drinking a ton of water. I went for a run outside on Monday (just 2 miles) and have been riding my bike everywhere I get the chance. This morning I am going on a run with my friend!
I feel crappy about myself but I'm trying my best to hang in there and not let the number on the scale rule me. I just want to be healthy again... and every little step counts. Last night, I was at my friend's house where everyone was drinking and planned on going downtown to the bars - I decided to leave and go home to sleep instead. Normally, I'd go with them... so I was pretty proud that small changes like this are happening. It's better than nothing!!
I will try to keep coming back more... don't think I'm lettin' myself down just yet!!
